Award-winning Contract Food Service Company is looking to add to our team of Culinary Professionals. As a Chef Manager, you will sharpen your skills through our training program with the goal to have you run your own Café. Qualified individuals must have strong communication and organizational skills. Must have a track record as an enthusiastic, and responsible professional to lead their exceptional teams in managing the operations of the account. Chef Manager Candidates must also be highly energetic and professional with a passion for food quality, hospitality, and financial accountability. Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a corporate cafe kitchen in a supervisory role. Must have very good culinary skills and willing to be hands on in every aspect of the position. Responsibilities will include overseeing service; interviewing, hiring, and training of the staff; payroll management; marketing and special catering events; resolving guest issues; setting goals; developing plans, managing all day-to-day operations of the account . P&L reconciliation, inventory control, and strong hands-on POS experience are a must. This is a full-time, guest/client contact position.
