Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef Manager beginning in August 2026, located in Columbia, MO. The Chef Manager will oversee food preparation and cooking, ensure food quality standards are met, manage inventory, and plan menu itemss for dietary needs. Additional responsibilities include staff supervision, maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines, managing budgets, and being responsive to members specific needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques Experience in Food & Beverage service and ensuring Food Quality standards Strong skills in Culinary Management, including menu planning and kitchen staff supervision Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food preparation and service Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with house members and team members Experience in managing food inventory and budgets Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
