Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficient kitchen operations. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Develop innovative menus that align with the establishment’s style and guest preferences, incorporating dietary considerations when needed Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely and flawless execution of all food service operations Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all kitchen activities Train staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and service standards to uphold brand reputation Requirements Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant kitchens with strong culinary skills Supervising experience in a fast-paced food service environment Extensive knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with dietary requirements and special menu accommodations Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale event food production is highly desirable Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you’re ready to bring your culinary talents to a vibrant team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences.
