Salvatore’s Tomato Pies, An award winning farm to table full-service restaurant, is seeking a Kitchen Manager. The ideal candidate will be creative, detailed, and have experience as a leader with prior knowledge of pizza making. We are a scratch kitchen that is farmers market driven. You will be responsible for creating new seasonal menus, specials, event menus, maintaining and developing relationships with our farm partners and suppliers, managing and directing staff, ordering, hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, monitoring budgets, managing food cost, and ensuring that proper sanitary and safety practices are adhered to.
