Job Description
Liquid Processor/ Chemical mixer - 2nd Shift Temp-to-Direct Immediate Need Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Liquid Processor to join our 2nd shift production team.This role is responsible for accurately producing liquid batches according to formulas, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety and sanitation procedures.Candidates will complete an assessment prior to interviewing, with the assessment and interview conducted on the same day.Pre-employment requirements include a drug test and background check (no felony convictions within the past 7 years).Schedule & Compensation Shift:Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Pay Rate:$22-$24/hour based on skills and experience Shift Differential:+$1.00/hour for second shift Wage Reviews:After 3 months At 1-year anniversary Annually thereafter Education & Experience Requirements Minimum 10th-grade proficiency in math and reading At least 6 months of prior work experience, including basic mechanical skills such as:Transfers Line hookups Liquid production operations Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to read and follow formulas and written work instructions Ability to calculate, weigh, and add ingredients accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safe handling practices for hazardous chemicals and raw materials Forklift certification (required) Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift, move, and dump materials up to 60 pounds Stand and/or walk up to 100% of the shift Operate forklifts and drum dumpers Tolerance for dusty conditions and exposure to chemicals, dyes, fragrances, and perfumes Key Responsibilities Receive batch direction from the Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager and ensure required raw materials are available Produce batches precisely according to formulas and work instructions Report any batch discrepancies immediately before proceeding Log materials and transfer batches to designated locations Adjust batches as directed by the lab to meet specifications Perform sanitation procedures in accordance with written procedures and GMP standards Properly transfer completed batches to storage areas to support production flow Accurately tag finished products in drums or totes for production or shipment Maintain 5S standards for safety and housekeeping; complete cleanup before shift handoff Follow all established safety policies and procedures Understand and comply with OTC processes and requirements Return raw materials to designated storage areas once batches are approved Maintain a clean, organized chemical storage area Ensure drums are fully emptied before placement in empty drum storage; load empty drum trailers as needed Perform additional duties, assignments, or projects as assigned Benefits We offer stability in a growing industry and a work environment built on respect, honesty, and fairness.The comprehensive benefits package includes:Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with additional offerings Profit-sharing opportunities when the company succeeds #IND2 Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
