Chief Advisor Department: Executive Office / Strategic Advisory Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors Location: Global / Remote / Major Business Hubs Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Chief Advisor to provide executive-level counsel and trusted guidance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team. This role serves as a key strategic advisor on corporate growth, market expansion, organizational development, investment opportunities, and critical business decisions. The ideal candidate brings exceptional industry insight, executive judgment, and a strong network of strategic relationships. The Chief Advisor will help shape long-term vision, identify emerging opportunities, and provide independent, high-level perspective to support sustainable growth and enterprise success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory Provide counsel to executive leadership on corporate strategy and long-term business direction Advise on major strategic decisions, growth initiatives, and transformation programs Offer independent analysis and recommendations on critical business matters Executive Decision Support Support the CEO and board with strategic insights and scenario analysis Evaluate business opportunities, risks, and market developments Assist in high-level decision-making processes Market Intelligence & Industry Insight Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging industry opportunities Provide thought leadership on strategic positioning and innovation Advise on evolving business and technology landscapes Corporate Development Advisory Advise on: Strategic partnerships Mergers & acquisitions Investments Expansion opportunities Support due diligence and strategic evaluation when required Leadership Mentorship Mentor executive leadership and senior management Support organizational leadership development Provide guidance on executive effectiveness and organizational alignment Stakeholder & External Relations Represent the company in strategic engagements when appropriate Leverage external relationships to support business objectives Advise on investor, board, and strategic partner communications Governance & Risk Perspective Provide oversight and strategic perspective on governance matters Identify long-term risks and opportunities Support enterprise resilience planning Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) 15–25+ years of executive leadership, advisory, consulting, or board-level experience Proven track record in strategic leadership and business transformation Strong executive presence and advisory capability Deep understanding of corporate governance and business strategy Preferred Qualifications Former CEO, President, EVP, Board Member, or Senior Partner experience Experience in technology, fintech, AI, investment, or multinational business environments Strong global business network Background in strategic consulting, corporate development, or public company governance Key Competencies Strategic judgment Executive advisory capability Industry foresight High-level problem solving Stakeholder influence Independent and objective thinking
