Chief Building Engineer Supervisor

A company is looking for a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of critical building systems while supervising an engineering team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and develop engineering staff, including performance evaluations and training Plan and manage daily team activities, including scheduling and task assignments Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of related experience Prior supervisory experience preferred Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting heavy loads In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for complex calculations
