Chief Business Expansion Officer — LinkedIn Job Description Position: Chief Business Expansion Officer (CBEO) We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Business Expansion Officer to lead the company’s growth initiatives, market expansion, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and strategic partner relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute company-wide business expansion strategies. Identify new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities to support organizational growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, strategic partners, and stakeholders. Lead market research, competitive analysis, and business development initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align expansion goals with overall business objectives. Negotiate strategic partnerships, commercial agreements, and investment opportunities. Drive brand positioning and market presence across regional and international markets. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. Lead and mentor cross-functional business development and expansion teams. Support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term corporate scalability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, International Business, or related field. Proven experience in business development, corporate strategy, market expansion, or executive leadership. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to develop high-level partnerships and manage complex business relationships. Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities. Experience working in fast-paced, global, or startup environments is a plus. Excellent understanding of market trends and commercial operations. Preferred Qualifications International business expansion experience. Experience managing cross-border partnerships or global operations.
