Our client is seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to take ownership of their commercial strategy and drive the next phase of growth. This newly created leadership role will focus on building and scaling a high-performing sales organization while strengthening market presence. This is a fully remote position. Chief Commercial Officer's Responsibilities and Duties: Lead, develop, and expand the sales function, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring a growing team Own and execute the company's go-to-market strategy to improve pipeline quality and close rates Partner cross-functionally with product leadership to align offerings with market needs and client feedback Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and conferences to drive brand visibility and growth Establish and track key performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness and overall commercial success Chief Commercial Officer's Qualifications and Skills: Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role with a strong ability to close deals and drive revenue growth Experience within clinical research, CROs, pharmaceutical organizations, or clinical trial technology environments preferred Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams Strategic mindset with experience refining sales messaging and elevating product positioning Entrepreneurial approach with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt based on client insights RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law.
