Qualifications Proven expertise in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships Strong background in Customer Experience and improving client satisfaction Experience in Sales and driving business growth through strategic initiatives Proficiency in Project Management and leading complex, cross-functional projects Demonstrated skill in Business Development for expanding the company’s reach and market share Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a leadership role within a customer-focused organization is preferred
