The CDO will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's development and fundraising efforts. This includes creating and implementing strategic plans to secure financial support, building and maintaining relationships with donors, and overseeing the development of marketing and communication materials to promote the mission and vision of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, board of trustees, and other stakeholders to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the institution. The ideal candidate for the CDO position at the company will have a proven track record in fundraising and development, preferably within an educational or non-profit setting. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, in a relevant field such as education, business, or non-profit management.
