The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing a multi-stream, global revenue strategy and fundraising function, with a focus on stewarding existing revenue streams, identifying new potential sources of support, and developing integrated, data-informed systems to engage a diverse range of funders. This strategic leader will work closely with the Executive Team to lead a global, diversified revenue strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and vision. The role also involves strategic positioning within key markets and cultivating a distinct organizational identity that resonates with a broad and diversified portfolio of funders. As the Chief of Development, the primary responsibilities will include fostering and expanding high-level relationships with philanthropic leaders, institutional funders, and high-net-worth individual donors. The ideal candidate will be a committed people manager, providing mentorship and leadership to a development team, and will be instrumental in enhancing the organization's global resources and influence. This is a key executive position that requires a candidate with a proven track record in fundraising, a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, and the ability to work in close collaboration with senior leaders across various teams.
