The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinical activities within the division, developing and implementing strategies to advance the mission of breast medical oncology, and fostering collaboration with a wide range of clinical, translational, and basic science programs. This leadership role requires a strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, research, and education, as well as the ability to enhance collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment. The Chief will also be tasked with facilitating the development of clinical research for the division and will have the resources to support the mentorship, recruitment, and retention of faculty.
