Chief Executive Officer

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive the strategic direction of Corient Aurum Digital. This full-time, remote role requires overseeing company operations, setting and achieving business objectives, implementing strategic plans, and fostering organizational growth. The CEO will also establish strong partnerships, manage financial performance, and lead the sales team to consistently reach revenue targets. As the executive leader, the CEO will empower and guide teams to achieve the company’s mission and goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and organizational processes effectively. Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to design, execute, and adapt short-term and long-term strategies for company growth. Extensive experience in Sales, including business development, customer relationship management, and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to guide diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Ability to adapt to change, manage risk, and identify opportunities in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Proficiency in leveraging technology and digital tools for operational and strategic efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred. Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably in a digital or technology-focused company.
