The CEO will provide strategic leadership and oversee all business operations, financial planning, and organizational growth. Responsibilities include driving business strategies, managing key stakeholders, overseeing operational excellence, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading sales initiatives to ensure sustainable growth. The CEO will also foster a strong company culture and represent Blackgrid in external engagements. Qualifications Proven expertise in Finance and Business Planning with a focus on optimizing budgets and achieving financial goals. Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to ensure efficient execution and long-term success of company objectives. Demonstrated experience in Sales and business development to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities to cultivate a thriving team culture. Understanding of the subscription-based business model and entrepreneurial markets is highly advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
