The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial stewardship, with a focus on strengthening infrastructure, supporting workforce stability, and expanding access to services. This leadership role demands a visionary who can build on the organization's strong legacy, enhance performance measurement, and foster relationships with families, funders, and community stakeholders. The ED/CEO will also be the chief culture-builder and external ambassador, working closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to advance a clear strategic vision. Candidates for the ED/CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably within a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
