The CEO will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction, overseeing growth initiatives, and championing the company's culture. This role requires a values-driven, collaborative, and visionary leader who can enhance the organization's external presence and brand, particularly as the premier provider of senior care. The ideal candidate will embrace the company's values, demonstrate openness and respect for the communities it serves, and bring an inclusive leadership approach that reinforces organizational cohesion. Establishing trust among the Board of Directors, Leadership Team, staff, and residents is a key priority, as is fostering transparent communication, collaboration, and a culture that empowers others. The successful CEO will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure long-term financial resilience and growth in alignment with the organization's mission. They will also be tasked with cultivating a mission-driven, inclusive culture that enhances employee engagement and supports leadership development. Strengthening philanthropic efforts and broadening donor and community partnerships through storytelling and engagement will be essential. Above all, the CEO will ensure that the perspectives of the company's residents are at the forefront of decision-making, continuously enhancing hospitality and service standards across the continuum of care.
