The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary, strategic, and operational leadership, with a focus on strengthening the organization's infrastructure, leadership capacity, and program consistency. This pivotal role requires a leader who can inspire and execute, with a proven track record in fundraising, external partnership development, and strong business acumen. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to define and advance the strategic vision, ensure financial stability, and maintain a high-performing, mission-aligned culture. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, board partnership, fundraising, and external relations, as well as organizational and financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years' of senior executive leadership experience in nonprofit, human services, housing, or related fields, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands a collaborative, emotionally intelligent leader with excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead through complexity and change. The CEO will also be tasked with program oversight, ensuring program effectiveness, and compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
