The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and hands-on executive with a strong commercial drive, capable of professionalizing and scaling the business. The CEO will be responsible for driving organic revenue growth through the development and execution of a robust commercial strategy, market expansion, and the enhancement of customer engagement. Additionally, the role involves the implementation of scalable processes, systems, and performance metrics to professionalize the organization, as well as leading the company in operational excellence and strategic expansion. This is a pivotal role for a CEO who can take full ownership of the industrial platform and lead it through a transformational growth phase, ultimately positioning the company for a successful exit. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced private equity investors and must be prepared to lead the business with a clear three- to five-year value creation plan. The position requires a leader who can enhance operational effectiveness across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, and who is adept at driving the company towards a successful exit transaction. The CEO will be at the forefront of the company's mission to serve critical infrastructure and heavy industrial markets, and must be committed to upholding the company's strong reputation for quality, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships.
