The CEO will be the primary executive leader for the local market, responsible for the execution, management, and financial performance of all operational components in alignment with local and system strategy. This role demands a strategic leader who can set a clear vision and inspire various stakeholders to achieve it. The successful candidate will be tasked with translating the hospital's future vision into an executable plan, with a strong focus on safety, quality, performance, patient satisfaction, and growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust strategy, ensuring long-term financial and operational success, and fostering a culture of excellence, quality, and service. Candidates for the CEO position at the regional medical center should have a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of six years' progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
