The CEO will be the primary steward of the company's mission, vision, and long-term strategic direction, with a focus on expanding impact for single-parent families experiencing homelessness. This role requires a leader with a deep sense of purpose, a growth mindset, and a high level of emotional intelligence, who can balance hands-on organizational oversight with outward-facing relationship development. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, ensuring financial sustainability, and upholding strong governance in partnership with the Board of Directors. They will also be tasked with leading fundraising efforts, building and maintaining external partnerships, and providing executive oversight of the organization's operations. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of executive leadership experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization, with a proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, and external relationship-building. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
