The CEO will be a key figure in the Foundation's mission to create an equitable and just future, with a focus on gender, economic, disability, and racial justice. This role demands a deeply committed advocate for social justice, with a proven track record in addressing issues of inequity and a personal understanding of the power of community-driven partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, resource development, and fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging. They must be adept at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, and be prepared to serve as a visible spokesperson for the Foundation. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should possess a strong background in fundraising, with the ability to raise a minimum of $6 million annually, and a history of successful outreach to both traditional and non-traditional funding sources. The role requires a leader with excellent management skills, a strategic thinker capable of innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to governance.
