The successful candidate will be a collaborative, visionary, and politically astute leader, serving as the organization's chief strategist, brand steward, and operational head. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to shape and advance the company's mission, guide statewide and global tourism marketing, and ensure strong organizational performance. This role requires providing strategic leadership across various functions, including marketing, communications, government affairs, industry relations, financial management, and talent development. The CEO will also be the primary ambassador and advocate for the tourism industry, representing the company on national and international stages.
