The CEO will be responsible for the organization's strategic leadership, operational and financial success, and will serve as the primary external representative. This role is pivotal in the transition from legacy systems to modern, IP-based distribution infrastructure, and in the development of a sustainable business model that ensures long-term viability. The ideal candidate will be a trusted and influential leader, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to the values of public media. They should be adept at building and leading high-performing teams, and have a proven track record in financial stewardship and business development.
