The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's long-term vision, strategies, and goals, overseeing all programmatic, operational, financial, and fundraising activities. This role requires a leader with a background in social services, healthcare, children's services, or public policy administration, and a proven track record in executive leadership, including managing a large staff and a significant budget. The CEO will be expected to maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, major donors, foundations, and government agencies, and to be a compelling spokesperson for the organization's vision and programs. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have at least 10 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive role, and a Master's degree. The role demands an outstanding communicator, a big-picture thinker, and a strategic planner with the ability to manage change and drive fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the principles of cultural humility, be a problem solver, and have a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy. Experience in a nonprofit setting and prior Executive Director or CEO experience are highly preferred. The CEO will also be responsible for executing a strategic plan, diversifying and strengthening the organization's fiscal stability, and ensuring that the services provided are professional, innovative, and individualized to meet the unique needs of each participant.
