The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the organization, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are maintained. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of programs that meet the needs of the families served, as well as managing the financial and administrative aspects of the organization. The ideal CEO will have a strong background in nonprofit management, with a proven track record of leadership and a deep commitment to the mission of the organization. Key responsibilities for the role include working closely with the Board of Directors to set and achieve strategic goals, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence within the organization, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and the community at large.
