Taft Brown Associates has partnered with Generations Behavioral Health to conduct a search for a Hospital CEO in Youngstown, OH. This is an exciting leadership opportunity with a highly regarded organization. The hospital is a 76-bed behavioral health facility serving adult and geriatric populations. Job Summary: As the Hospital CEO you will be for leading the development and execution of Generations Behavioral Health’s long-term strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality care to patients, development of new business, supervision and control of staff and bottom-line financial performance. You will strive for the overall success of the hospital and embrace the company’s vision, mission, and goals. You will strike a balance between day to day operating issues and strategic development initiatives to position the hospital for solid, long term growth. Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in healthcare field preferred Bachelor’s degree required. An equivalent combination of academic, clinical and operational experience may be considered. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Behavioral Healthcare administration/management with experience in operations management, or finance required. Knowledge of federal, state, CMS and The Joint Commission regulatory requirements required.
