Chief Finance Officer - Remote (US Based) Location: Remote (US-based) Company: Princeton Staffing Solutions Princeton Staffing Solutions is a US-based staffing organization supporting schools with allied health professionals across the United States. We operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment where financial accuracy, timely reporting, and strong controls are critical to business success. Position Overview The CFO is a hands-on executive leader responsible for overseeing financial operations and supporting the rapid, technology-driven growth of an allied healthcare staffing organization serving K-12 school districts. We are executing a nationwide roll-up strategy and building the "next generation" of staffing by layering in AI efficiencies to drive significant growth and margin expansion. This role partners closely with the President/CEO to build foundational, tech-forward processes that scale with the business. This is a remote based working CFO role for a motivated leader who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels today, with the hunger to grow into a much larger executive role as we scale over the next 12–18 months. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning Partner with the President/CEO to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term growth plans that support an aggressive M&A strategy. Provide clear financial insights to support pricing, hiring, and AI-driven margin expansion. Build and maintain scalable financial models to support school-year revenue cycles and staffing demand. Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting, payroll, billing, and reporting. Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial statements and cash flow reporting. Manage payroll-heavy cash flow and ensure consistent payroll execution. Track and report key metrics such as gross margin by discipline (PT, OT, SL
