Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $120.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Lead overall financial strategy by guiding planning forecasting reporting and long term financial direction for the organization. Oversee accounting treasury budgeting tax and audit functions to ensure accuracy compliance and strong internal controls. Manage cash flow capital structure banking relationships and investment decisions that support organizational stability and growth. Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance guide strategic initiatives and support operational decision making. Build and lead a high performing finance team by defining priorities strengthening processes and ensuring clear communication across departments. Requirements Bring extensive senior level financial leadership experience with a strong record of managing company wide financial operations. A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field with advanced credentials preferred. Demonstrate expertise in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and strategic planning. Communicate effectively with executives board members partners and stakeholders while supporting complex decision making. Maintain strong analytical skills attention to detail sound judgment and the ability to lead through change.
