The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the President to strengthen institutional planning, and support the university's growth and innovation. This includes overseeing all budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations, and developing policies to support the university's financial operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, responsible for aligning financial planning with institutional priorities, and will be instrumental in the development and monitoring of financial models to assess operating results. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree and CPA certification. A minimum of 5 years' professional experience in financial management within a higher education institution, or in a related leadership role, is required.
