The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the CEO and Board on planning and risk management, leading and developing various financial teams, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with all relevant regulations. This role also involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial statements, as well as managing working capital, cash flow, and credit lines to support the company's operations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those with a combination of experience, including at least 4 years' in public accounting. A background in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or a similar industry is essential, with specific experience in inventory management. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a CPA certification, and experience in overseeing credit operations is a plus. The CFO will be expected to drive initiatives to improve financial metrics, partner with various departments to optimize operational efficiency, and advance the company's goals through cost-reduction, process improvement, and the adoption of new technologies.
