The CFO will be expected to honor the company's past while driving its future, and must be prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to execute the investment thesis and prepare for a planned exit in 2029. The ideal CFO for this role will have a finance background, with a proven track record as the top financial leader in a multi-site services business. A background in private equity and experience in M&A are essential, as the role involves significant financial and strategic responsibilities.
