The CFO will be the senior steward of the financial strategy and performance, overseeing all financial functions, including long-term financial planning, performance management, strategic growth support, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned healthcare finance executive with a minimum of ten years' experience in healthcare financial management, at least five of which must be in a senior leadership position within a large, complex integrated health system. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial and operational metrics, deep technical expertise in core finance functions, and experience in revenue cycle leadership. The CFO will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory and bond compliance, and for building a scalable financial infrastructure to support the company's operations and future expansion. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should possess advanced analytical, strategic, and decision-making capabilities, and have a proven track record of driving high-performing financial results. The role demands a leader with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including payors, physicians, and vendors. The CFO will be expected to advance the company's mission and values, demonstrating integrity, high ethical standards, and a commitment to collaboration. A Master's degree in a related field is required, and a CPA is preferred.
