The CFO will be a key partner in driving the financial strategy, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and optimizing resources across the organization. This executive-level role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual to lead all financial operations, including banking, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing financial statements, leading the budgeting and capital planning process, and maintaining compliance with investment policies. Additionally, the CFO will oversee audits, manage risk, and serve as the primary finance liaison to the Board of Trustees. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, a CPA license, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role. A strong knowledge of FASB and GAAP procedures is essential, and experience in community development or mission-driven finance is preferred. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality.
