This executive role is highly visible and influential, with a focus on shaping strategy, strengthening financial performance, and supporting long-term growth. The successful candidate will lead all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, and will oversee revenue cycle operations to ensure billing, collections, and reimbursement optimization. A key aspect of the role is to partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to provide strategic financial guidance and to ensure compliance with nonprofit, healthcare, and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, with an advanced degree or CPA being a plus. A minimum of 5-8 years' of senior financial leadership experience in nonprofit healthcare or similar environments is required, with a strong background in revenue cycle management, including experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers.
