The CFO will be responsible for enhancing internal organizational processes and infrastructure to support the company's mission, as well as being a key member of the leadership team focused on operational efficiency and growth. This role involves managing and mentoring a large team across various financial and administrative areas, serving as a business advisor, and driving process improvements in budgeting, procurement, and payroll. The successful candidate will also be involved in risk management, financial planning, and analysis, and will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a master's degree and CPA preferred. A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role, particularly in a higher education environment, is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading innovation and change, be technology-savvy, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
