The CFO will be responsible for modernizing financial infrastructure and systems, enhancing financial transparency and accountability, and advancing a long-term sustainability and investment strategy. This includes providing stewardship for capital and real estate development, ensuring strict compliance across public and private funding streams, and guiding financial strategies that support bold policy initiatives and community transformation. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial leader with a strong commitment to the values of the organization, including racial equity, economic justice, and community empowerment. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include serving as the senior financial advisor, leading the annual budgeting process, and overseeing all financial operations.
