This role also involves fostering and maintaining strong relationships with business banking partners and other financial stakeholders, as well as leading initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, including analysis, negotiation, and integration. The CFO will be expected to develop and implement comprehensive financial models, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborate with executive leadership to identify and drive opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
