Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial strategy, planning, risk management, and regulatory alignment. This role requires a strategic finance leader with experience in digital assets, derivatives, or alternative investment structures, capable of operating in a high-growth, globally distributed environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s financial strategy , planning, and forecasting processes to support rapid and sustainable growth Build and manage financial infrastructure , including accounting, reporting, treasury, and internal controls Oversee budgeting and capital allocation , ensuring efficient deployment of resources Develop and maintain financial models related to performance-based revenue streams and strategy services Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. and international financial regulations , tax frameworks, and reporting standards Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives , including expansion, partnerships, and potential capital raising Establish and enforce risk management frameworks , particularly in relation to crypto markets and derivatives exposure Manage relationships with external auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants, and financial institutions Implement institutional-grade financial governance and reporting practices suitable for sophisticated clients and stakeholders Provide insights on market trends, liquidity conditions, and financial risks within the digital asset ecosystem Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred) 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent) Prior experience in crypto, digital assets, hedge funds, derivatives trading, or fintech strongly preferred Deep understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory environments Proven track record in scaling financial operations within a high-growth or startup environment Strong experience with financial modeling, treasury management, and performance-based revenue structures Familiarity with risk management in volatile or leveraged markets Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed organization What We Offer Opportunity to join a high-growth crypto investment strategy firm at an early stage Direct impact on strategic direction and financial architecture of the company Fully remote, flexible work environment (U.S.-based) Competitive executive compensation, including performance-based incentives Collaborative, high-performance culture with global exposure
