Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Fintech Insight. The CFO will oversee financial strategy, manage budgets, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company. Core responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial forecasting and reporting, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will also collaborate with senior leadership to guide the company’s strategic and operational financial decisions. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and budgetary management Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements Strong background in Finance and the ability to implement financial strategies Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making Experience with Financial Reporting and compliance with regulatory standards Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication and leadership qualities to collaborate with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred Familiarity with financial trends and challenges in the fintech industry is a plus
