Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the organization's financial planning and reporting processes, manage budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure financial sustainability and compliance. Additionally, the CFO will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support strategic decisions Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure financial accountability Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a plus Experience in nonprofit organizations or startups is advantageous
