Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial planning and strategy, analyze financial performance, prepare and review financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. They will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making, manage budgets, and monitor cash flow. Additionally, the CFO will lead financial forecasting efforts and oversee the organization's accounting functions. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and managing budgets effectively Experience with Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and compliance Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills related to financial data Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and strategies Proficiency in financial management software and tools Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Ability to operate strategically in a remote work environment Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred
