Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee all financial operations, providing strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to support organizational growth. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, guiding the financial decision-making process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing reporting processes. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will also collaborate on organizational strategy and play a key role in driving the company's financial success. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Strategic Financial Management Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting practices Expertise in Finance and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Proven leadership and team management abilities In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory standards MBA in Finance, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred Experience in technology or Fintech industries is highly advantageous Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience
