Role Description This is a full-time remote position for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, managing financial planning and budgets, developing and presenting financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading financial risk management efforts. Collaborating with the executive team, the CFO will provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and financial stability while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements analysis Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making Experience in Financial Reporting with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles Proven leadership and team management capabilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus Familiarity with mortgage lending or financial services industry is highly desirable
