The project aims to redefine luxury living and hospitality on an extraordinary scale. Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site position located in Carlsbad, CA. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial activities, including leading financial planning, tracking performance, preparing budgets, and ensuring accurate reporting. Responsibilities include creating financial models, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and investors. The CFO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial strength and scalability of the company’s large-scale development efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements. Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting, with a track record of accuracy and compliance. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex financial data and inform decision-making. Strategic thinking with proven experience in financial management for large-scale projects. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or an advanced degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. Experience in the luxury real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
