This senior leadership role is pivotal in guiding the institution's global strategy, advancing internationalization efforts, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of global academic initiatives and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction in global engagement, developing and implementing international plans and business models, and ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of global programs. Key responsibilities include strengthening international partnerships, overseeing international student and scholar services, supporting global marketing and recruitment, and advancing the university's internationalization agenda. To excel in this position, the Vice Provost must be a visionary, collaborative, and strategic leader with a strong background in international education. A minimum of 8 years' of progressive experience in international education, including senior-level leadership, is required. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of international education best practices, experience in managing agreements, mobility and exchange programs, and a proven track record in advancing institution-wide strategies. The ideal candidate will be globally experienced, culturally adept, and knowledgeable about international education trends and operational models. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to influence senior institutional leaders are essential. A doctoral degree, proficiency in a second language, and experience in a similarly complex university setting are preferred qualifications.
