Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the company’s overall growth initiatives, business expansion, revenue strategy, and market development. The ideal candidate will drive sustainable growth through cross-functional leadership, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. The CGO will work closely with executive leadership to identify new business opportunities, optimize market positioning, and accelerate company performance across multiple channels and regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute company-wide growth strategies aligned with business objectives Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to improve growth performance Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions Establish KPIs and growth metrics to monitor business performance Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand expansion strategies Build and manage high-performing growth and commercial teams Support fundraising, investor relations, and long-term business planning when required Optimize sales funnels, conversion strategies, and go-to-market execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of leadership experience in growth, business development, strategy, or commercial management Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales operations, and business analytics Preferred Skills Strategic thinking and execution Business scaling and market penetration Revenue optimization Partnership development Leadership and team management Data-driven decision-making Negotiation and presentation skills Cross-functional collaboration
