The CGO will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, expanding the organization's base of support, and increasing philanthropic investment. This role requires a candidate with a deep passion for the mission of the organization, a strong background in modern fundraising principles, and a proven track record in multi-channel fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' leadership experience in marketing, digital, social media, or fundraising marketing, and a particular strength in developing strategic fundraising strategies. They should be adept at integrating marketing and fundraising in networked environments, and have experience with marketing technologies and emerging AI. The CGO will also be tasked with leading a senior staff team, fostering a culture of growth and development, and ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making. Candidates for the CGO position at the company should possess a strong leadership and management capacity, with experience in senior management and a proven ability to lead, recruit, and develop professionals.
