Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

OVERVIEW Hendall Inc. is an industry-leading professional services contracting company, based in Rockville, Maryland, with an established record of providing critical support to various Federal Government agencies. Hendall provides a wide range of services, including survey research; data collection, processing, analysis, reporting, and dissemination; instructional design and eLearning development; communications and outreach; call center operations; and web and information technology. We are currently seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to drive growth and expansion of Hendall's presence and service offerings. The CGO will work closely with Hendall's executive team and other resources to identify and pursue new growth opportunities. Hendall provides an environment with an established, well defined, successful business development process. Resources to provide the full spectrum of assistance, including proposal management, contracts, pricing, editing, and graphics design, required to support all business development efforts, are currently in place. To be successful as the CGO at Hendall, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen, have a proven track record identifying deals and winning new business, be adept at negotiating sound business deals, and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This is a hands-on position; the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing their own pipeline of deals and directly driving growth initiatives for Hendall, leading to new contract wins.
