Chief Growth Officer

Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Growth Officer at Díaz & Asociados. The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing functions, leading business development initiatives, managing strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams will be essential to align goals and deliver results. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and lead sales teams effectively. Proven experience in Business Development, including identifying and securing new opportunities and partnerships. Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Marketing to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition. Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and an ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Experience in scaling business operations and managing budgets is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
